Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer Australia-wide delivery with Australia Post. Delivery time frames vary depending on your location.
Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth)

Regional & Rural Areas
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

We currently ship worldwide using Australia Post’s international tracked services.

Order Processing Times

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is no longer within our control. Haus of Slumber is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit.
