RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your order. Because we don’t offer refunds, we do allow returns for exchange or store credit — subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

- You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery/shipping date.

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition as delivered, with all original tags/labels attached and original packaging intact.

- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, packing slip or email receipt).

- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

- The request is made after 14 days from delivery.

- The item shows signs of wear, use, damage or alteration.

- Tags/labels or original packaging is missing.

- The item is a sale, discounted, custom, or personalised product (unless faulty).

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is faulty, defective, or not what you ordered:

- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos + order details.

- Once confirmed, we will offer an exchange of the same product (if available) or store credit.

- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged due to customer misuse or does not meet our return standards.

3. How to Return / Exchange

  1. Email us at info@hausofslumber.com Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.

  2. We will send you return instructions and — if applicable — a return label.

  3. Pack the item securely (with original tags, packaging, proof of purchase) and post it to us. Return shipping is at your cost — unless we made an error or sent a faulty/incorrect item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email whether the return/exchange is approved.

4. Store Credit & Exchanges

- If approved, we’ll issue store credit (valid for 12 months) or dispatch the replacement item.

- Store credit can be used on any full-price item on our site.

- Exchanges depend on availability of the replacement item.

5. Important Notices

- We strongly encourage you to double-check all product details — size, colour, description — before placing your order.

- We cannot guarantee exchanges for items out of stock.

- By placing an order, you agree to this Returns & Exchanges policy.
